The Hill District Arts Festival is a vibrant, family-friendly celebration of creativity, culture, and community right in the heart of the Hill! This high-energy event brings together people of all ages for a day packed with live entertainment, local food trucks, unique vendors, and hands-on art activities for kids. Whether you're dancing to live music, supporting local artists and small businesses, tasting delicious eats, or watching your little ones light up while creating their own masterpieces, there's truly something for everyone. The Hill District Arts Festival is more than just an event—it's a joyful celebration of our community’s spirit, talent, and love for the arts. Don’t miss out on this unforgettable day of fun, connection, and creative expression!
What began as a bold vision has quickly become a cultural staple, drawing families, artists, and art-lovers from across the region. In just four years, HDAF has experienced incredible growth—from welcoming 150 attendees at its inaugural event to drawing over 1,500 people last year for our two-day festival, highlighted by a free, legendary performance by Doug E. Fresh.
And the momentum only continues to build.
This year, we’re turning up the energy once again! The 2025 Hill District Arts Festival is set to be our biggest yet, with over 2,000+ attendees expected for a weekend of music, art, food, and community fun. Taking the Main Stage are iconic performers: Charrelle, live on Saturday, July 26th, and EPMD, closing out the festival on Sunday, July 27th—because, as the saying goes, It Takes Two to Make a Thing Go Right!
